YOU WILL TESTIFY IN THE END

TEXT:
"But as for you, ye thought evil against me; but God meant it unto good, to bring to pass, as it is this day, to save much people alive." (Genesis 50 verse 20, King James Version).


The story of Joseph in the Bible is one that showcases the extent to which the devil can sow seeds of discord and hatred amongst people who are supposed to be in one accord, harmony and love. Out of hatred, the brothers of Joseph sold him into slavery. Their evil intention was to frustrate him and to scuttle his dreams. Why on earth would they do so? Didn't Joseph's brethren understand that as one family, they should have the same concern and care for each other? (1st Corinthians 12 verse 25). Didn't they know that what becomes of one becomes the other and that "If one part suffers, every part suffers with it; if one part is honored, every part rejoices with it.” (1st Corinthians 12 verse 26, the New International Version).
    In spite of their wickedness towards Joseph, and with God's grace upon his life, didn't his eventual uplifting and honor in Egypt become the joy and rejoicing of the family? Was God not with him to fulfill him and to make void his brothers' wicked plots against him?
     Perhaps, you are going through the same thing as it was with Joseph. You are hated, opposed and hindered by those that should have loved you, of whom you ought to have had help and sympathy. Don't get disturbed or distracted by this. It was so with David (Psalms 41:9, 55:12-14) and the Lord Jesus. As for the Lord Jesus, the Bible says that He came unto His own and was rejected (John 1 verse 11); but in the end, God made Him both Lord and Savior of the entire world. God will do the same thing for you, dearly beloved, in Jesus name.
    As a child of God, know for sure that you have Him at your back with the confident assurance that He's turning whatever your enemies do against you for your eventual good (Romans 8 verse 23). In the Scripture reading for today, Joseph attested to God's faithfulness when he reminded his brethren saying,
 "You tried to harm me, but God made it turn out for the best, so that he could save all these people, as he is now doing."
Like Joseph, this will be your testimony in the end, in Jesus name. God will make every wicked plan of the enemy of your soul to turn out for your good, and will make you the eventual life line to those that hated you, in Jesus name.


PRAYER:
Father, in spite of the enemy's vicious attacks against me, thank You for watching over me to fulfill my destiny and giving me a resounding testimony that will place me above those that hate me, in Jesus name.
