WHEN YOU KNOW NOT WHAT TO DO. ( Part 3)

SONG

Your Word is Yea and Amen

I found It Yea and Amen

TEXT

"Take heed unto thyself, and unto the doctrine; continue in them: for in doing this thou shalt both save thyself, and them that hear thee." ( First Timothy chapter 4 verse 16)

When we find ourselves standing at the crossroads of life, not knowing the path to take, it is a wise thing to reflect upon the Word of God, which is the Word of Truth. The Word of God has the answer to every question and, at the same time, the solution to every problem in life. So many may not want to agree with me over this that I have just said. The book of Second Timothy chapter 3 verse 16 makes us understand that God poured Himself out in His Word so that all will be properly equipped to face every aspect of life. It says,

"All scripture is given by inspiration of God and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness:",

The truth is that everything started with God, and all will definitely end up with Him. As the Creator of all things, everything shall sometime, and someday end up with Him.

As the Bible says of Christ in Colossians 1 verse 17,

"And he is before all things, and by him all things consist."

Jesus was before all things, and through Him, all things came into existence. Therefore, it follows that we can not set our priorities without Him. In other words, things will not augur well in our lives without putting Christ at the center place of our lives; and this same Christ is God's Word. It goes without saying therefore that we should give God's Word the priority that it deserves in our lives.

As John chapter 1, verses 1 to 3 rightly, says, "In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God... All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made."

As we therefore allow the Word of faith to have its rightful place in all of our situations, especially when we are at crossroads in life, we are sure to experience positive and undeniable results. This is what First Timothy 4 verse 15 seems to be saying,

“Meditate upon these things; give thyself wholly to them; that thy profiting may appear to all.”

Truth is, God's Word enables us to live victoriously while we are here on earth. The amount of the Word of God in our spirits will determine the victory we have. Indeed, we can only prevail over our circumstances by the abundance of God's Word in our lives. Hallelujah!

PRAYER

Thank you, Heavenly Father, for Your Word in my spirit. It guarantees me abundant victory in every aspect of my life, in Jesus's name. Hallelujah!
