THE ANSWER MAY DELAY, IT'S NEVER A DENIAL

SONG

You are too faithful to fail me, You are too faithful to disappoint me.

You've proven yourself in my life, and I've come to realize

You are too faithful to fail me

TEXT

"He hath made every thing beautiful in his time: also he hath set the world in their heart, so that no man can find out the work that God maketh from the beginning to the end." - Eccl.3.11.

God has placed everything in life under His divine power and absolute control. He has set time for the happenings and fulfilments of His promises. His time table is different from ours. The Bible says His thoughts and ways are different from ours.

"For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways, saith the LORD." - Isaiah  55:8

God's promises to us His children are very certain. They are not lies because He can't lie; whatsoever He says that is exactly what He does.  "God is not a man, that he should lie; neither the son of man, that he should repent: hath he said, and shall he not do it? or hath he spoken, and shall he not make it good?" - Num.23.19.

When we pray or ask God for something and it seems as if the prayer is being delayed; that does not give room for us to fret; rather, it should make us to be persistent in prayers.

Although it lingers, month after month without evidence of the answer, it is not to say that the Lord is deaf or unkind. Those of us who are called by the name of the Lord are to be earnest in matters that concerns God’s glory, knowing that God can not and will never trade His Glory for anything. The answer may delay, but will surely come at the fullness and the most appropriate of time.

Elijah's word to his servant was to never give up!

"...Go again seven times” 1 Kings 18:43.

The prophet on the top of Mt Carmel was persistent in his prayer to God and never for a moment gave up or got discouraged over the delayed result.  Six times the servant returned without any encouraging word. But the man of God kept telling him to “Go again

When we're faced with challenges of life, we must not contemplate unbelief, denial or discouragement, but holding to our faith even to the eleventh hour. Great faith is the faith that does not easily lose hope but persist to the end of the course. It is not easily crushed by repeated disappointments. It pleads more fervently with her God; what is more, with a God that never fails. From the Bible reading of today, at last the little cloud was seen, and the question was not about its size. Eventually,  the little cloud that was the size of a man's hand filled the entire atmospheric heaven. Even so shall it be with you my dear brother and sister. The promises of God or the answer to your request is showing up without any further delay and you are enjoying the mercy of God you have sought for in Jesus name.

Success or breakthrough is certain when the Lord has promised it, because He does not lie and does not fail. Besides, nothing is too hard for Him to do.

PRAYER.

Almighty and Ever Living God, thank You for always being there for me. Turn my situation around for Your Glory in the Mighty name of Jesus.
