BEING MADE RIGHT WITH GOD.

SONG:

He loves me O,

I can not say why.

He die on the Cross,

just for you and me.

He gave His own life, as a ransom for many

He loves me O,

 I can not say why.

TEXT:

"For our sake He made Christ [virtually] to be sin Who knew no sin, so that in and through Him we might become [endued with, viewed as being in, and examples of] the righteousness of God [what we ought to be, approved and acceptable and in right relationship with Him, by His goodness]". Second Corinthians chapter 5 verse 21)[AMP]

Most people feel wrong about themselves, and that's not right. Prior to accepting Jesus as Lord and Savior, we were in a mess. We felt wrong because many things about us were wrong. We could not do anything, but felt wrong, But through Christ we have been made right with God and acceptable to Him.

Being made right with God and being acceptable to Him through Jesus Christ is a wonderful privilege. Come to think of it! We no longer have to fear or feel ashamed or condemned when we pray or have fellowship with God.

"There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit." (Roman chapter 8 verse 1)

As long as we are born again, and we walk not after the flesh, we are not in condemnation. One of the benefits of being born anew is that we have free access to the throne of God boldly, unreservedly, without any condemnation or restriction. We can do this as often as we choose. God loves and welcomes us with open arms. He loves to hear our request and He works with us to bring us into the fulfillment of His will for us.

Though we might still be found doing things that are wrong, but God's justice is satisfied in Jesus Christ, Who paid the debt He did not owe and became the final Sacrifice for our sins. (See Romans 8 verses 1 to 4)

This is not a license for us to continue in our sinful activities, because the Bible says in the book of Romans 6 verse 1, "What shall we say then? Shall we continue in sin, that grace may abound?"

The sacrifice of Christ on the Cross has availed us of a second birth. The covenant of our new birth in Christ Jesus has brought us into a special atmosphere that is different from any other out there. As the book of second Corinthians chapter 5 verse 17 emphatically says,

"If any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new."

Behold what manner of love God has bestowed upon us who are called believers in Christ Jesus. We are no more aliens but bona fide children of His, by the reason of our second birth. Hallelujah.

PRAYER

Dear Heavenly Father, thank You for all You have done for me in Christ Jesus. I can boldly approach Your Throne to obtain all I need, in the Mighty name of Jesus.
