"And such as do wickedly against the covenant shall he corrupt by flatteries: but the people that do know their God shall be strong, and do exploits." Daniel chapter 11 verse 32.
Today’s reading says, "...but the people that do know their God shall be strong, and do exploits." Knowing the true God and accepting His Son as Lord and Savior makes us strong, availing us the ability to do exploits. Besides, this brings to us translation to salvation from sin and deliverance from evil. It is not a burdensome scenario at all.
This relationship is purely based on the love of God for humanity. Everything depends on how sincere we are to accept the reality of our situation and to ask God for help. To have God on our side, we must accept Jesus as our Lord and personal Savior; after which we must sincerely make up our minds to walk away from our sinful lifestyles into a life of holiness.
The Almighty God is very much aware of our helplessness as human beings. Therefore, out of His love for us, He offered Jesus as remedy to whosoever that accepts Him as Lord and Saviour. Jesus pleads with us in Matthew Chapter 11 verses 28 to 30 saying, “Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden and I will give you rest … For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light.”
This is an open invitation to all that are laboring under the heavy yoke of the devil, including all that are oppressed or in bondage as well. This is a living invitation as well to anyone that is experiencing stagnation, barrenness and anyone that needs physical, mental, or spiritual healing. Jesus says, “come unto me and I will give you rest from all your troubles.” Come to Jesus today for deliverance from the stronghold of sin, addiction, and all forms of immorality. Come to Jesus and He will put an end to your miseries, your disappointments and failures. Come to Jesus, and He will turn your sorrows to joy.
Accepting Jesus into your life today will make a great difference. Do not give the enemy a foothold in your life by letting him put you into unnecessary anxiety. In Christ, everything has been predestined according to God's will, for your good.
From the moment we accept Jesus Christ as our Lord and Savior, eternal life sets in, The Bible says in First John chapter 5 verse 13 as follows: "These things have I written unto you that believe on the name of the Son of God; that ye may know that ye have eternal life, and that ye may believe on the name of the Son of God." This is also accompanied by the abundant blessings of the Lord pouring into our lives without measure. Hallelujah!
PRAYER:
I am strong and courageous because I know my God. With the power of Christ dwelling on the inside of me, I am doing great exploits, in Jesus' Mighty name.
