IMPOSSIBLE! NOT IN GOD'S DICTIONARY
For with God nothing shall be impossible.
Luke 1:37 KJV
This is when the announcement for the birth of Jesus was made to Mary. The Angel Gabriel announced that Elizabeth was pregnant at her old age and that can only be God. To men, an old woman of her age can not be pregnant anymore. It's all over for her. No more hope of being productive again.
But the Angel said, there is nothing God cannot do. We will recall that He had told Sarah Abram's wife, is there anything too hard for God (me) ? The answer is just clear, nothing is too hard for God. "Impossible" doesn't exist in God's dictionary. When men think it can not happen. God says it is already happening! Hallelujah!
What is it that you have given up on? What is it that you have or been concluded on? What are you discouraged about? You think that there is nothing God can do about it.
Let me say here that God gave up his only Begotten Son for our sake, what else will He not give us? I want to say that God is just ever ready to give you what you ask of Him. If He did not refuse Sarah, Elizabeth and Hannah, He will surely respond to your plea, in Jesus name.
He is not aware of any word as "impossible" because it is not in His dictionary. God has made promises in His word. He has spoken to you through people and even in visions and dreams and yet it has not come to fruition. Wait on Him, it is not over yet. He will come through for you when the time comes!
What promises from God do you need to cling to today?
- I need to remember that He has great plan for my future
- I need to remember that he is in control and I am safe with Him
- I need to remember that nothing can separate me from God's love or forgiveness.
PRAYER
MY FATHER AND MY GOD, THANK YOU FOR MAKING EVERYTHING POSSIBLE FOR ME. I KNOW THAT WITH YOU I CAN SURMOUNT EVERY HIGH MOUNTAIN. THANK YOU FOR MAKING THINGS POSSIBLE FOR ME IN JESUS MIGHTY NAME AMEN
