GOD IS EVER ON THE THRONE. [ Part2].

SONG

He is able, abundantly able

To deliver and to save

God is able, abundantly able

To deliver those who trust in Him.

TEXT

"Behold, the LORD'S hand is not shortened, that it cannot save; neither his ear heavy, that it cannot hear:" - Isa.59:1.

Everyone faces issues and challenges in life. Whether they are financial, relational, vocational, or physical, we can be certain that nobody is an exemption.

It is very easy to think our problems are unimportant in the sight of God.

Fortunately, we serve a God who is both interested in our problems and the solution to the problems. And what is more, He is able to take care of those problems. Hallelujah!

Let us not forget what the Bible says: when we are afflicted, God is also afflicted, too.

"In all their affliction he was afflicted, and the angel of his presence saved them: in his love and in his pity he redeemed them; and he bare them, and carried them all the days of old." - Isa.63.9.

I want to let everyone that is reading this devotional this morning to know that our secret sorrows are known to God. Your cry He hears, your sigh does not elude His notice (Exodus 3:7). God does not and can not close His ears to the cries of his afflicted people.

He sees their oppressors and all their evil activities. Exodus 3:9. It is a great thing to know that whatever concern us concerns Him as well.

"And the LORD said, I have surely seen the affliction of my people which are in Egypt, and have heard their cry by reason of their taskmasters; for I know their sorrows;" - Exod.3.7.

As God sees how the poor and needies are oppressed by them that are in power and authority, He is also watchfully waiting to bring them to book. This is to say that the oppressors are not above his check or rebuke.

"For the eyes of the LORD run to and fro throughout the whole earth, to shew himself strong in the behalf of them whose heart is perfect toward him...."2Chr.16:9

God is gloriously seated on the throne, beholding all of His creation, proving Himself strong in the life of them whose hearts are perfect towards Him.

Right from His throne, He saw the suffering of the children of Israel in the land of Egypt. He did not keep silent, He was moved with compassion to help them. So it is with us. God can not be silent, watching us suffer   "...for he hath said, I will never leave thee, nor forsake thee."Heb13:6.

We need to ensure that our hearts are perfect toward Him, if we want Him to intervine for us. We are confident that He must surely come through for us all, in Jesus mighty name. Amen and amen.

PRAYER

Thank you, Heavenly Father, for Your compassionate love towards me and my family. We believe that You are coming through for us in every area of our lives, in Jesus name.
