THE GREATEST DECISION OF MAN

SONG.

Into my heart, Into my heart.

Come into my heart, Lord Jesus.

Come in today, come in to stay.

Come into my heart.

Lord Jesus.

TEXT

"Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new." - 2Cor.5:17

The greatest decision any man on earth can make is accepting Jesus Christ as his or her Lord and personal Saviour. In other words, to experience the second birth is to be born again.

Being born again automatically makes us members of a superior Kingdom. Our being new creatures doesn't mean that we have a new name, but that we have a new heart and a new nature. It is a spiritual rebirth that has nothing to do with the physical. The grace of God makes such a great change in the spirit with the implication that old things are passed away, old thoughts, old principles, and old practices are all passed away; and all these things have become new.

Note, Regenerating grace brings about a new world in the spirit; all things become new. The renewed man acts from new principles, by new rules, has a new company and lives with new ends in view.

"That which is born of the flesh is flesh; and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit. Marvel not that I said unto thee, Ye must be born again." John  3:6 -7

We became part of the human family by our first birth, but we became members of God's family by the second birth. The first birth has to do with the physical means that involves our parents. The second birth is divinely orchestrated by God Himself through the agency of the Holy Spirit and God's Word. God has given us the privilege of being born again, so that we can become members of His own family.

It doesn't matter how you were born, who gave birth to you or what happened before you were born. That you are born again makes you a new creation, member of God's own family, with the implication that you  are heir of His Kingdom. Hallelujah!

"Who hath delivered us from the power of darkness, and hath translated us into the kingdom of his dear Son:" - Colossians 1:13.

Having been delivered from the power of darkness and translated into the Kingdom of his dear Son, we are made members of the Church of Christ. We were once darkness, but now we have become light in the Lord (Eph 5:8).

"... Who hath called you out of darkness into his marvelous light:" - 1 Pet 2:9

PRAYER

Thank You Lord Jesus for what you have done for me. I'm a new creation and member of a new Kingdom, the Family of God. I manifest the attributes of the new Kingdom by the power of Christ that dwells in me, in Jesus mighty name.
