 TEXT:

"When thou passest through the waters, I will be with thee; and through the rivers, they shall not overflow thee:

when thou walkest through the fire, thou shalt not be burned; neither shall the flame kindle upon thee... (Isaiah chapter 43 verses 2 to 3)

The Bible did not say that we would not pass through challenges; but the Almighty God has assured us that even in the depths of our trials, He shall not forsake us. Just as the Israelites were delivered from the flood of their troubles, so too shall the Lord guide us through every of our adversities.

God has promised His enduring presence in the midst of our trials and tribulations. In 2nd Corinthians 4 verses 8 to 9, the Bible says,

"We are troubled on every side, yet not distressed; we are perplexed, but not in despair; Persecuted, but not forsaken; cast down, but not destroyed;"

This is all because of God's presence with us. Whenever we are troubled on every side, we can always reflect upon the promises of God. As we do that, we find solace in the knowledge that we are not alone.

What kind of challenges are you facing at the moment? God is ever willing and ready to come through for you. What you need to do at the moment is to seek His presence amidst the struggles. By seeking Him, you discover strength and solace beyond measure.

He calleth us His own, assuring us of His presence and unwavering love. As the Holy One, He desires not only to save us from our sins but also to walk with us through the valleys to the peaks of life.

Indeed, our Lord is a Savior and a steadfast Anchor for our souls amidst trials.

The verse 3 of our Scripture reading for today, says "For I am the LORD thy God, the Holy One of Israel, thy Saviour: l gave Egypt for thy ransom, Ethiopia and Seba for thee."

These are words of encouragement and assurance of God to us that even the mightiest of nations can be laid low for our sake.

Indeed, the love of God towards us His children is unfathomable. He has redeemed us with great might and power. Therefore, we do not need to fret over anything because we know whom we serve and what He has promised us. Hallelujah!

What is more, most of the challenges we face serve to strengthen our faith in Him.

So therefore, cheer up my beloved. The Lord Almighty is giving you an amazing and wonderful testimony at the end of it all.

PRAYER:

Thank you, Heavenly Father, for being with me amidst all my trials. I'm confident that all is ending in praise in Jesus' Mighty name.
