HE KNEW YOU FROM THE VERY BEGINNING

SONG

Jesus never fails; Jesus never fails. The man of the world may let you down, but Jesus never fails.

TEXT

"Before I formed thee in the belly I knew thee; and before thou camest forth out of the womb I sanctified thee, and I ordained thee a prophet unto the nations." (Jeremiah chapter1 verse 5)

Human life actually begins at the moment of conception. God’s sovereign love extends to those in the womb. This is where our personal history began, not the day we were born.

But as for our God, He has no beginning and has no end. As He was yesterday, so He is today and forever more. Hallelujah.

God knew you from the time you were in your mother's womb. He formed you for a purpose and has churned out a course to that effect. According to the Bible, you were fearfully and wonderfully made (Psalms 139 verse 14).He alone knows your end from your beginning, and only Him can lead you to your place of fulfillment.

He said to Prophet Jeremiah that He knew him from the time he was conceived in the mother's womb, even to the time he came forth and He set him apart for a particular assignment.

It will interest you to know that God has a good plan and purpose for your life. Even before you were born, he planned all the days of your life. As the Bible rightly says in the book of Jeremiah chapter 29 verse 11, "For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the LORD, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end."

To fulfill His plans for us, He watches over us as we grow from conception to birth, and from birth unto death. All the stages of our lives are spread out before Him. The entire days of our lives were respectively and particularly prepared before we’d even lived one day here on earth. He never loses track of us for a moment, always ensuring that we are fulfilled according to His plans for us. Our responsibility therefore is that we yield and be submissive to Him.

If for whatever reason we have derailed, we serve a God that is willing and desirous to restore us. He has a great purpose for everyone, and such purpose fits into a much larger expanse than we can ever imagine.

Do you know how God is thinking about you right now? I want you to know that you are always on His mind. Contrary to what we assume, God is not thinking about all that we’ve done wrong in our lives. No, He’s thinking about the good things He has in store for your future and how to bring them to pass. This is so because they are meant to bring Him glory. So therefore, you've got to cheer up and enjoy the fullness of His love and blessings.

PRAYER:

Lord, thank You for Your Sovereign and steadfast love for me. Help me to extend that same love to all that come my way, in Jesus name. 🙏
